Abstract
Breast schwannomas are rare benign tumors, particularly in male patients, accounting for less than 1% of all breast tumors. We report the case of a 61-year-old man with a well-defined, mobile, non-painful 8 cm right breast mass and no lymphadenopathy. Imaging did not reveal malignant features. Histopathological examination confirmed a schwannoma, a benign peripheral nerve neoplasm. Treatment consisted of complete surgical excision with free margins and uneventful recovery. This case highlights the relevance of considering neural tumors in the differential diagnosis of breast masses in men.
