Resumen
Esta revisión de alcance se propone a mapear las tendencias teórico-metodológicas en el escenario internacional sobre autoeficacia para la colaboración, centrándose en estudios publicados entre 2020 y 2025. El análisis de 16 artículos revela un predominio de enfoques cuantitativos y mixtos, con escalas validadas como instrumentos principales, especialmente en contextos de educación interprofesional en el área de la salud y educación en general en la rama de humanidades. Los estudios destacan la autoeficacia como creencia individual en entornos grupales, aunque con divergencias conceptuales: algunos la vinculan a competencias específicas, mientras que otros integran marcos complementarios como la eficacia colectiva y teorías más específicas. Metodológicamente, predominan diseños cuasi-experimentales y mixtos, adaptados a contextos educativos y clínicos reales. Sin embargo, se identifican limitaciones, como la escasa operacionalización de las cuatro fuentes de autoeficacia de Bandura y muestras poco representativas. Además, pocos estudios trascienden el nivel individual para analizar dinámicas colectivas, a pesar de su relevancia en equipos interdisciplinarios.
