Abstract

The diagnosis is one of the stages of the process of care in nursing that lays the foundation for the development of a plan of care, which can be done on an individual basis as well as community. The overall objective of the study was to analyze the situation of health/disease of the inhabitants of the community San Francisco of the neighborhood Zeballos Cué of Asunción. The study design was descriptive with quantitative approach and cross-sectional study. Home visits to 84 homes in the community were made at the San Francisco community in which it was agreed to collect data of 279 people through the application of a survey in which a sheet of census as a tool was used. High blood pressure, asthma and diabetes were found between conditions with greater percentage. The preliminary results are consistent with regard to the epidemiological profile of the Paraguay.
