Abstract

This research report documents the steps performed to characterize the pedagogical strategies used by teachers Specific Plan National Technical College (7 different specialties) regarding significant student learning. Its purpose is to identify those practices that are framed in the acquisition of better learning results. It is a quantitative and descriptive cross-sectional research with a population of 39 teachers and 140 students of each specialty. Main findings: an institutional educational culture with strong roots in traditional paradigm, the teacher with the main figure, a variety of strategies used in the classroom or on the assessments and the use of micro planning is not found. The use of tics is scarce. The plans respond to the exit profile and the practices carried out in the various workshops are the main support for students in the continuity of their studies.
